Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to ship and receive my order?
We do same-day processing and ship your order out in the afternoon. If the items become unavailable before order fulfillment, please allow 2-4 business days before shipment. Thereafter, our carrier generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Why did I not receive an email with my shipment tracking number?
We are only able to send confirmation pages when you provide your email address at checkout. You will not be notified of your updated order status with only a phone number.
Can I change my delivery address?
As we process and ship orders on the same day, please contact us before 3 PM so we can create a new shipping label. Once our carrier receives the package, the delivery address cannot be changed.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee for orders valued from $3.00–$49.00 is $11, $49.01–$99.00 is $16, and $99.01–$198.99 is $21. We do not charge shipping based on weight at checkout, which is why the incremental increase in prices is reflected when orders increase in value.

My order is missing an item.
We sincerely apologize for the error in fulfilling your order. For a prompt resolution, please contact us at sales@ivancabrand.com.
We photograph all orders before shipment for documentation purposes, and these images will be referenced when reviewing any claims.
Please note that claims for missing items must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
My products were damaged during delivery.
We sincerely apologize for your delivery experience. We take utmost precaution in securing the goods, but in the event of damage (e.g., broken bottles, spills, etc.), please email us at sales@ivancabrand.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s).
Please note that all claims for damaged products must be made within 30 days after the delivery date.
What is your fraud analysis process?
All orders are reviewed for fraud protection. We may request additional details about your order (e.g, verify your shipping/billing address, if the products ordered are correct, etc.)
If we are unable to verify the information, your order may be canceled.
How do I cancel my order?
If a shipping label has not been printed or has not been picked up by our carrier, you may email sales@ivancabrand.com to request an order cancellation.
What happens when an item I ordered goes out of stock?
We will contact you by phone or email to ask if you would prefer a partial refund, a complete order cancellation, or to substitute the item(s) with another product(s) at the same price.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for sanitary purposes, as we are unable to verify if the products have been used.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges for sanitary purposes as we are unable to verify if the products have been used. In the event that we ship an incorrect item, please email sales@ivancabrand.com for us to reach a resolution. Please note that we will reference all photographs taken for documentation before shipment.

How do I place a wholesale order?
Please email your retail license to sales@ivancabrand.com. Thereafter, we will discuss the minimum order quantity and wholesale pricing.
