Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In regards to powders: Please Note: We have done our best to accurately represent the colors by taking actual product swatches of the color. Actual color may vary from the screen you are viewing our website on. No exchanges or refunds on powders. Due to sanitation reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on any powders, liquids, bits or brushes. We will replace any item damaged or manufacturer defect within 15 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with UPS services. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some International destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes from your country of import and we are can not estimate these charges.  Any orders of a $100 or more will require a signature at delivery with UPS services.  When placing your order it will take 2-3 business days to fulfill your orders for shipping, International orders may vary.  We will then ship per the shipping method you choose at checkout.  If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, Monday would be the first day we could fulfill your order for shipping. We are closed on all major US Holidays.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please be aware if you are purchasing a "pre-order" item, ship dates are estimated and may ship sooner if we receive the product sooner.  However, they may ship later if any shipment is delayed to us, be aware of the estimated ship date.  We will ship according to the shipping method you choose at checkout once products are ready to ship.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.   Please note we are not responsible for duties and taxes charged on International shipments, we also can not quote these charges for you.
