Powder Perfection is a quick-applying, odor-free acrylic alternative that promotes a clean-air environment while offering gel-like shine. Activator is the second of three liquids used in a Powder Perfection service. With a water-like viscosity, this activator accelerates the curing of Base Coat with dipping powders and initiates the reaction with top coat. With an easy brush-on application and a color-coded cap to help nail techs with quick identification, it will make your next manicure simpler than ever.
