IV. Pearl Cat Eye #01

The Pearl Cat Eye Gel collection is a 2-in-1 polish.

1. Swipe a magnet from left to right (or right to left) to create a translucent, jelly finish (no glitter).

2. Use a nail magnet to create stunning cat eye streaks.
